About

Cooma Rotarians, with International President, Ian Riseley (2017-2018) and his wife Juliet at District 9710 Assembly, 29-30 April 2017. L to R: Ian, Margaret Hassall, Mark John-Natley, and Juliet

Cooma Rotary Club Inc. is a not-for-profit community organisation dedicated to serving and supporting both the local Cooma community, as well as the wider global community.

Chartered in 1954, Cooma Rotary is a dynamic club committed to expanding members’ opportunities for service, personal growth and enjoyment.

We are members of an international family of 1.2 Million Rotarians, each of whom has made a commitment to be guided by the Rotary Four Way Test.

The Rotary Four Way Test

Of the things we think, say and do:

  1. Is it the TRUTH?
  2. Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  3. Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
  4. Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

Below is a four minute video by Rotary International that explains a lot about our organisation.
